This is a BMR Resource that is managed by ASC and is for use by BMR Clients.  It can consist of one or more sets of storage blocks from one or more physical hard disk drives or can be a direct device.

The General tab displays current configuration and status information about this BMR Resource.

The Layout tab displays information about the physical devices that were used to create this BMR Resource.

The Clients tab displays information about the BMR Clients assigned to use this BMR Resource.

You will see one tab for each ASC storage service (such as TimeMark or Backup) that is configured for this BMR Resource.
